Episode 16 – One on One with Scott Robertson
On this week’s show, Marty welcomes a great friend and one of America’s leading clay target shooters, Scott Robertson, to the show. Marty and Scott go back many years so there are many things to discuss. Scott’s shooting career literally spans four decades, as he started shooting at the age of eight. Marty and Scott will discuss the clay target sports as well as Scott’s two well-known facilities, Elm Fork Shooting Sports in Dallas, TX and the Side X Side Hunting Ranch located in Wynnewood, OK. We’ll talk shooting techniques, facilities management, managing shooting and businesses at the same time and much more. In addition, Marty will bring you the latest Wing & Clay News from around the world and showcase the major upcoming clay target events, outdoor conventions, and consumer shows.

Scott Robertson
Scott Robertson is one of America’s best-known shooters and television personalities. He has been shooting competitively for almost 40 years and has had a remarkable career with dozens of clay target titles in both the national and international arenas. He has won eight National Championships in Sporting Clays and was the ACUI Collegiate Champion twice while in college. Scott is also a member of the Texas Sporting Clays Association and National Sporting Clays Association Halls of Fame. He owns and runs two well-known outdoor businesses – Elm Fork Shooting Park in Dallas and the Side X Side Hunting Ranch in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. His father and grandfather were well-known shooters and Scott and his wife Wendy have three children who are shooters as well.
