About Wing & Clay Nation Radio

Marty Fischer’s Wing & Clay Nation is a high energy, entertaining and educational outdoor radio series dedicated to the wingshooting lifestyle. Hosted by professional wingshooter and NSCA Level III shooting instructor, Marty Fischer, the series is truly a celebration of the wing and clay target shooting lifestyle.

The show focuses on all things wing and clay shooting. Both upland bird and waterfowl hunting from the best of the best hunting locations in the U.S. and around the world are discussed. In addition to the fabulous hunting, each episode focuses on important aspects of the hunting experience such as the people and their culture, dogs, fine guns, great lodging and meals, and beautiful locations.

The series also focuses on recreational and competitive clay target shooting by providing an educational element in every show through great guests who move and shake the clay target industry and through a Q & A segment called “You Make the Shot” where Marty answers listeners questions on all things wing and clay.

One thing is certain, the Wing & Clay Nation radio show is not about shooting limits of game birds on every hunt, nor is it about running 100 straight every time out shooting clays. The mantra of the series is followed each and every week – “There’s more to hunting and shooting than pulling a trigger.”
