Bruce Scott
Bruce Scott has been fascinated with guns and shooting from an early age, but it was not until he moved from his native Florida to Cody, Wyoming that his passion for clay target shooting and subsequently wingshooting came full circle. When he moved to Cody, there was no public shooting facility in the area. Bruce was instrumental in opening the Cody Shooting Complex, which is an active facility today. It was in Cody that he fell in love with the shotgun sports. Hall of Fame skeet shooter Ed Sherer contacted him about doing an instructional skeet shooting video. He did that an saw the need for such publications. He and his son Richard founded Sunrise Productions, which to date has produced more than 40 wing and clay shooting instructional videos. Bruce and Marty hosted the Shotgun Journal wingshooting series for nine years and he even got into filmmaking with Gordon Eastman, a noted wildlife filmmaker in Cody.
